Darlene Baker passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2022 at 1:00 pm in Vancouver, WA.

She was born in Portland, OR, but raised in Vancouver, WA. She returned to Portland as a young married adult and raised her children until March 25th, 1972 when the family moved to Vancouver, WA. She remained in Vancouver for the rest of her life.

Darlene worked as an office manager for Mulligan Appraisal company for over 40 years until her retirement. 

She and her husband, Eugene (Mac) McDonald raised three children: Gina, Patrick, and Jillian. 

Darlene is survived by her daughter, Gina McDonald-Marshall, son, Patrick John McDonald, and daughter, Jillian Ann Luyster. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Justin Marshall, Paris (Kestrel) Jackson, Kaitlyn Marshall, and John Thomas Laughter and her two great-grandsons; Rayland and Cayde Marshall. Additionally she is survived by her siblings, Gloria Duback and Gary Baker, a niece, and several nephews and cousins. 

Darlene is preceded in death by her children’s father, Eugene McDonald, and her parents, John and Maxine Baker.

Darlene was well loved and will be missed by all. May she Rest In Peace.
